Do I need a referral?
Short answer
No. You can schedule directly. If you have been referred by another provider or have prior records, bringing them along makes the evaluation more efficient.

Precision Health accepts patients directly and coordinates with other providers when appropriate. Referrals from primary care, neurology, orthopedic, physical therapy, and other clinicians are welcome but not required.
